How to display hidden folder and files on MAC OS X

Open Terminal, type the command as below.

Enable

defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles YES

killall Finder

Disable

defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles NO

killall Finder
